As mentioned earlier, unfortunately there is no target date for the fixing of this particular bug.

Therefore, to view the content of those messages, please use the workaround suggested in my previous message.

Thank you bennetpd, your solution is better than workaround the mails. I think there's still no solution from Incredimail, but thanks to you, it's a lot easier to read the mails <Yes>.

My client has been having this issue for the past year.

She forwards the mail to herself but then if the mail contains links they don't work after being forwarded.

Incredimail should give priority to issues like these. They are debilitating to your clients. This particular client of mine is a paying client of incredimail. If the issue isn't resolved soon I will ensure that they begin using Microsoft Outlook or even Thunderbird.

As instructed earlier, she must forward the messages to her email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in her Inbox.

She must actually send the messages to herself. Merely clicking on "Forward" will not suffice.
