As mentioned earlier, unfortunately there is no target date for the fixing of this particular bug.

Therefore, to view the content of those messages, please use the workaround suggested in my previous message.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

bennetpd wrote:This is only a workaround and is definitely not a good fix for this. IncrediMail really needs to fix this problem. Anyway, for now, you can scroll the email by highlighting the portion of the email you CAN see but continue to drag the mouse downward & the email will scroll, allowing you to highlight the entire email. The highlighting itself is not the goal, only that doing that allows the screen to scroll so you can see the rest of the email. Any links in the email, while highlighted, are clickable.

Thank you bennetpd, your solution is better than workaround the mails. I think there's still no solution from Incredimail, but thanks to you, it's a lot easier to read the mails <Yes>.

My client has been having this issue for the past year.

She forwards the mail to herself but then if the mail contains links they don't work after being forwarded.

Incredimail should give priority to issues like these. They are debilitating to your clients. This particular client of mine is a paying client of incredimail. If the issue isn't resolved soon I will ensure that they begin using Microsoft Outlook or even Thunderbird.

As instructed earlier, she must forward the messages to her email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in her Inbox.

She must actually send the messages to herself. Merely clicking on "Forward" will not suffice.

Please get this fixed.

ONE particular email senders message arrives with the blue right hand scroll bar full so scrolling down the page is impossible.

When I click 'Forward" the scroll bar becomes available and the whole message can be read.

Reiterating this happens with ONE [important multiple daily ] sender.

All other received emails work fine!

Our developers are aware of the issue you encountered and are working on a solution.

As of now, please forward the particular messages to your email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in your Inbox.

Folks, you should have figured it out by now - Incredimail has your money. Why should they care if you use it or not? They don't. So quit crying about it and either accept it or switch to an email client whose developers actually give a hoot about their users (which Incredimail obviously does NOT).

If this were the only problem with Incredimail, it might, just might be something users could overlook. But this is NOT the first time Incredimail has ignored user's pleas for help, so I am actively looking for a replacement for Incredimail.

I use Windows 10 and Incredimail 2.5 and it seems that emails can be in one of several formats - Text, HTML or rich text. Text massages can easily be read in the Incredimail preview pane and It is the messages in HTML or rich text formats that are causing the problem as they need to be opened in a browser. I just hold the left mouse button down and drag the mouse down to read what is there. It annoyingly highlights the message, but is probaly the quickest way to read the message as things are at the moment with Incredimail.
