Sky Yahoo Problems

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 7
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Hope you can help only in the last few days my Incredimail has started acting up downloaing the same email about 20 times. No history emails
were their also just about a weeks worth.

So as suggested deleted email and added it still cant get access, reset password sky changed it on incredimail still cant get access.

Various messages from requesting password to the latest one is 535 5.7.0 Too many bad login attempts.

I hope someone can help, we have another email account running no problem it just seems to be one that has gone mental.

The issue you are dealing with may be caused by incorrect account details. I would like you to reconfigure your email using the 'Email Setup Wizard':
 
1.   First please refresh your IncrediMail installation by clicking here:

2. Click 'Tools' and then select 'Email Accounts'.

3. Chose your account, click 'Remove'. To reconfigure the account, click 'Add'.

4. In the Account Wizard window, chose 'Let me configure settings myself', and click 'Next'.

Please Note – If you do not have another email client installed on your computer, you will not see the 'Let me configure…' option. Continue to Step 5.
 
5.  Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click 'Other'.
 
6.  Follow the instructions to set up your account.
 
Let me know the results.
 
Please Note: Make sure that the password that you have entered is identical to the one your email account provider has given you.

Hello I amgetting the same issue, and cannot connect, then the message says I have the wrong passowrd, which I don't.

Please Help!

Which IncrediMail version do you have installed?

Are you able to configure the same account in another mail client?

I have just returned from a friends home after failing to solve this very problem. Windows 10 and latest version of Incredimail.
I had set it up previously (several months ago) and it worked with the wizard just fine.
Since then his computer has had to have the motherboard replaced and the OS has been completely reinstalled.
I entered all the correct details including port numbers and it said the authentication had failed. I then logged into his Sky account and accessed the Email using the same email address and password.
For some reason it looks as though Sky.com emails can no longer be accessed with the latest Incredimail.
I did connect with the Windows 10 default email client with the same authentication.

To address this issue, please enable the option "Allow apps that use less secure sign in" in your Yahoo settings as instructed at the bottom of the online article at:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN27791.html

After that, please click on Tools > Email Accounts, remove your existing account, and then add it once again.
