Hello !
I really can use your help !
How can I prevent that mails of 2 contact are always coming in my Incredimail Junk file...

In this case, simply click on one of those messages and select "Unmark as Spam".

If the problem continues or that option is not available, please delete the particular contact in the Contacts list and then add the contact once again.

If the problem still continues, as a workaround, please click on Tools > Message Rules, and add the following message rule:

If - From line contains - <Email Address>
then - Move it to - <Appropriate Folder>
