Email cannot be sent

I got the following detail for 2 emails which could not be sent :-

550 5.3.4 554-554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver; delivery result banner

Any help please ?

To address this issue, please enter your email address in the To field, and enter all of the other email addresses in the BCC field.

Apparently, Hotmail has recently changed their settings now requiring a recipient in To field.

Please let me know the results.
