Has anyone used Incredimail 2.0 (old version) with Windows 10?

I have been given the link for the old version to reinstall, since there are so many issues with 2.5, but since my new computer has Windows 10, I've no guarantee the old version (2.0 released in 2000) will even work with Windows 10.

Does anyone have any experience with the two together? I just don't want to go through all the hassle of losing old emails and having to forward them to a safe place prior to reinstalling 2.0 and not having it work out.

While IncrediMail 2.0 should also work on Windows 10, it is not officially supported.

If necessary, to manually implement the crash fix in IncrediMail 2.0, please do the following:

1. Exit the IncrediMail application by right-clicking on the icon in your Windows taskbar and selecting "Exit".

2. In Windows Explorer, browse to the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\IncrediMail\Bin

3. Rename the file "PMC.dll" to "PMC.dll.old".

4. Relaunch the IncrediMail application.
