Invalid username or password.

Help!!
I got home Tuesday night from work, went to ck my emails and this message came up ERR: Invalid username or password

I cannot send or receive emails, and this is hurting my business big time. I'm not too computer savvy, but know a little bit. Please has anyone else had this issue, and how can I resolve it.

To address this issue, I would like you to reconfigure your email account using the "Email Setup Wizard":

1. In the main IncrediMail window, click on "Tools" and select "Email Accounts".

2. Choose your account, click on "Remove". To reconfigure the account, click on "Add".

3. Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click on "Other".

4. Follow the instructions to setup your account.

Note: Make sure the password you have entered is identical to the one your mail provider has given you.

Please let me know the results.

Before I do this I want to be sure that this is not going to delete all of the hundreds of business contacts, emails, etc. that I have in incredimail.

When I delete that account and add the new one, will all of my info still be there?

on my last 2 laptops i used incredimail. since saturday i have a new computer and wanted to istall incredimail again but i have a problem to create my email account. password doesn't get accepted.
i still have the same password as it was on the laptop, and have no trouble to get on internet, and on my smartphone the password is also correct.
only my mail doesn't work ..... <Sad Smile>

If you have a Gmail account, please allow less secure apps to access your Gmail account as instructed in the online article at:
https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255

After that, please click on Tools > Email Accounts, remove your existing account, and then add it once again.

If you have a Yahoo account, please enable the option "Allow apps that use less secure sign in" in your Yahoo settings as instructed at the bottom of the online article at:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN27791.html

After that, please click on Tools > Email Accounts, remove your existing account, and then add it once again.

My Incredimail has suddenly stopped sending emails
It "cannot connect to bigpond"
Will the above Installation Wizard solutions work?

To address this issue, I would like you to reconfigure your email account using the "Email Setup Wizard":

3. In the Account Wizard window, choose "Let me configure settings myself", and click on "Next".

4. Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click on "Other".

5. Follow the instructions to setup your account.

Note: Make sure the password you have entered is identical to the one your mail provider has given you.

If the problem continues, I would like you to open a new identity in IncrediMail and see if you still encounter the same problem.
 
To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.
 
Set up your identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new identity.

Please note that I would like you to configure the same email address in your new identity, there is no need to create a new email address. While the identity name should be different, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being done in the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.

Please let me know the results.
