butterfly attachment problem

using incredimail 2 with windows 10, have sent an email to a company who can only receive 1 attachment otherwise I get an automatic reply saying too many attachments, I have noticed I am sending a butterfly as an attachment as well as my attachment, how do I make sure I only send my attachment and nothing else, all help and advice appreciated.

As it is only possible to remove the advertisements in IncrediMail Plus or Premium, are you licensed for IncrediMail Plus or Premium ?

If not, you are welcome to order IncrediMail Plus on our website or you can try sending messages to that company from your webmail.

If so, please run the following executable:
http://www2l.incredimail.com/contents/s ... licens.exe

When done, open IncrediMail and register your license codes once again.

A few days ago I could not send nor receive emails. During 3 days I tried everything I could and all without find a solution.
I pondered on what actions I had performed that very day when this started. And that's when I found the culprit! it was
IncrediMail resident.
I had used one of the letters backgrounds, so I tried changing to another background, and that cured the problem. So I deleted
that background and I never had any more problems.

I fail to understand how using a particular letter background would prevent you from sending or receiving messages, but I am glad to hear that you have managed to resolve the issue :-)

whay i cant play on that server? its saying for me that site is not safe. and i dont have server for world 23 in options to change server?? what is the problem i have Explorer
