Cannot IMPORT the CSV file from my Desktop

I have made the CSV file of all my contacts from Win Live Mail 2011 and saved it to my desktop but cannot find how to import it back into Incredimail.
I have tried to import from Win Live Mail but it says No Contacts so I made the CSV file as stated on the forum search but cannot work out how to FIND that csv file to import let alone SELECT it ????

In this case, please extract attached file using WinZip or WinRAR and use the Contacts.csv file as the template to import the contacts into IncrediMail.

You can open the CSV files in Microsoft Excel or similar software.

Note: You will need to copy the data contained in the original CSV file into the appropriate fields in the attached template (first name, last name, display name, email address, etc.).

After that, to import the contacts in Incredimail, please do the following:

1. Open IncrediMail, click on File > Import and Export > Import Contacts.

2. In the pop-up window, select "IncrediMail Exported Contacts (csv format)" and click Next.

3. Click "Select File" and select the "Contacts.csv" file saved on your Desktop.

4. Click on Next, and then Finish.

Please let me know the results.
