Cannot see whole email

I receive some emails that just will not open properly...the scroll bar fills the whole column and I can't scroll down to view the rest of the email...?
Never had problems before, just the last year or so...If I could ever figure out how to insert an image on this site I'd do it...I click on Img and all I get is this.. [img] [img]...???

Our developers are aware of the issue you encountered and are working on a solution.

As a workaround, please forward the particular messages to your email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in your Inbox.

Hi there,
I have been using Incredimail (2) since the hotmail went to outlook and became such a pain to use.
I like the way Increadimail is set out and the ease at which it can be used but I have a slight problem which I don't seem to be able to overcome.
On some mails the mail is in the preview pane but only the top is visible, If I expand the pane then the mail can be read but only as far as that window allows, I can not scroll up or down as there is no scroll option available.
Is there any idea's which may give a solution to this problem I am having

Some emails I receive only display as much of the content that will fit in the preview pane (if I reduce/expand the preview pane I see less/more of the message) there is further content that is not displayed and I cannot scroll it.

To read the full message I have to use an alternate email system.

When is this problem going to be fixed!
