MS Exchange Server--can't send e-mail

My company switched to a MS Exchange server. Although I updated the account information in Incredimail and created an Exchange profile in Windows, I still cannot send e-mail via my company account, but I can receive e-mail. I get an error saying "outgoing server does not respond." Please, can anyone help me?

IncrediMail is only compatible with POP3 accounts, therefore if your account needs to be configured with any other settings such as Exchange servers IncrediMail cannot work with that account.
