Can I set up multiple accounts in the free version

To add another email account in IncrediMail, please do the following:

1. In the top menu of the main IncrediMail window, click on "Tools" and select "Email Accounts".

2. In the Mail Accounts window, click on "Add".

3. In the Account Wizard window, choose "Let me configure settings myself", and click on "Next".

4. Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click on "Other".

5. Follow the instructions to setup your account.

Note: Make sure the password you have entered is identical to the one your mail provider has given you.

I did that but the second email does not show up at the top left - in my work I switch email all day long

In this case, all of the Inboxes should be listed under the "Inboxes" folder at the top of the left panel.

If this is not the case, I would like you to run the full setup file for IncrediMail and see if that solves the problem.

Please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5:
http://www5l.incredimail.com/im/imsetup ... lSetup.exe

When complete, please restart your computer.

Please let me know the results.

They are listed at the top left but you have to close one and open another one to see if it has mail - I need to monitor all 4 all day long and switching back and forth is a pain in the a......

How do you fix this

In this case, simply click on "Inboxes" at the top of the list and all incoming messages in all of the Inboxes will be displayed.

Please let me know if you still encounter difficulties.
