If you are using any kind of firewall or personal proxy, please disable it and try to send or receive.

If the problem persists, you will have to configure your Firewall to allow IncrediMail access to the Internet.

Go to the firewall settings, find the list of all the programs the firewall has detected and allow the following applications full access to the Internet:

• IncMail.exe
• IMApp.exe
• ImNotfy.exe
• ImpCnt.exe

This action should allow you to work with IncrediMail and your firewall at the same time.

Did you try to open a new Identity? I would like you to open a new Identity and configure your email account using it.

To create a new Identity, please click 'Tools' and then 'Identities'. From here you have the option of choosing 'New Identity'.

Set up your Identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new Identity.

Let me know if you still encounter the same problem.

To switch between Identities, simply click your Identity name, located next to the Profile Picture in the upper left corner. From here you can switch or manage Identities.
