I still have not heard back from anyone. I am still not able to receive recent e-mails. The most recent is from 7/18/17. Can I please get some help?!

I would like you to open a new Identity.

To create a new Identity, please click 'Tools' and then 'Identities'. From here you have the option of choosing 'New Identity'.

Set up your Identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new Identity.

Let me know if you still encounter the same problem.

To switch between Identities, simply click your Identity name, located next to the Profile Picture in the upper left corner. From here you can switch or manage Identities.

Uninstalling then reinstalling IncrediMail should solve the issue you encountered, as vital IncrediMail files are refreshed and various components reinstalled.

To begin the process, please click here:

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Once removed, please install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5

When complete, please restart your computer.

Please let me know the results.

To further address this issue, please contact your mail provider and ask them for the following details:

1. IMAP and SMTP mail server addresses.

2. Port numbers for the IMAP and SMTP mail servers.

3. Do you need to authenticate when sending mail?

4. Do you need to use SSL?

Verify with them that the username and password that you are using are correct.

In the top menu of the main IncrediMail window, click on Tools > Email Accounts, select the particular account and click on "Properties".

Check that the details you have in IncrediMail are indeed correct.
