Incredimail error message each time it loads

Incredimail 2.5 with Windows 10

Suddenly I find each time I load Incredimail I get an error box telling me the programme needs to shut down. If I close the box it keeps popping up.
Under this status I can receive emails but cannot send. It brings an error box up telling me to check the emails and re send. There are no details below.

I have tried installing the fix, but nothing has changed Deleted and re installed email too
Help!

Uninstalling then reinstalling IncrediMail should solve the issue you encountered, as vital IncrediMail files are refreshed and various components reinstalled.

To begin the process, please click here:

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Once removed, please reinstall IncrediMail 2.5.

Please note: Uninstalling and then reinstalling using above method will not affect your personal data in any way.

I received an error message on my email and it saaid somethin g about my X-Pop-User.....What is this, what is an X-pop?

When you see the problem again, click on "Make Screenshot" in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Close the IncrediMail Screenshot Creator and attach the "IncrediMail_Screenshot_0001.JPG" file located on your Desktop to your next reply.
