Recipents emails - No scroll bar.

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I used Incredimail XP.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
My problem with Incredimail 2 is when my recipients receive some of my email's they do not have a scroll bar on the right side. So they cannot see if there is anything else towards the bottom of the email. How I can solve this issue?

In order to solve this issue, I will need more specific information.

Can you please describe to me exactly what you tried to do, or any other specifics that you noticed that are related to the issue? As much detail as possible will be very helpful!

I'd like you to send me a screenshot so I can check to see exactly what you are seeing and go from there! You can do so by clicking here, clicking 'Run' and when the file download completes, click 'Run' again.

When you see the problem again, click the 'Make Screenshot' in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Close the IncrediMail Screenshot Creator and attach the 'IncrediMail_Screenshot_0001.jpg' file created on your Desktop to your reply.

Can you also attach a copy of one of the emails, from your Sent folder.

To do so, select the email, click 'File' and then 'Save As'.

Save it to your Desktop and then send it as well!

I have been sending e-mails with Incredimail XE to my recipients with no problems. Around the the beginning of the new year, I changed computer and I ended up downloading Incredimail 2.
Since then I have over a dozen of my recipients tell me that there is no scroll bar on the right hand side so they cannot see all of the e-mail I sent (bottom portion). Some have asked me to stop sending them e-mails because of this. I have sent out an e-mail explaining that I have a new version and I can't do anything about it. Some of my other recipients have no problems. Do you have a link that will get me to the old version and that I can get updates for it without it taking me to Inc. 2?
I always send my e-mails to undisclosed (dollynclaude@aol.com). My AOL receives the same problem.
I have saved my email to my desktop as you said. I have tried to attach my email but it won't let me.
Can you tell me another way to send it? I was able to attach the screen shot.

Hi,

Based on what I see from your posted screenshot It looks like an AOL problem. I would contact them for a solution.

As cdenice wrote, it seems the problem is related to AOL email client. Does the same issue occur when receiving the same email in IncrediMail or in Outlook Express/Windows Live ?

This problem started only after I upgraded. I did contact AOL and they asked me to check my e-mails from before and there was no problems. So they told me it is a Incredimail problem. Some of my contacts use other ISP and they have a problem also. I did read that Incredimail XE had a different file format. I believe that it is the newer version. PLEASE HELP!!!

Also in the last 2 weeks, my old emails have downloaded again twice, about 8000. How can I stop that from happening again? As it is a pain in the butt. LOL

Hi,

You can easily test this yourself. Send a test email to yourself then logon to AOL mail using IE8 or some other browser (DO NOT use the AOL program) and see if you can see the entire email.

I went to IE and got on my AOL account, they were all fine.
I then sent an email from IE to AOL, It was also okay.
I also forwarded an email from AOL to myself in AOL, It was also okay.
Could it be that Incredimail 2 is different in sending emails because I never had the problem when I was using Incredimail XE? Should I go back to using Incedimail XE, I read that you don't give any support??
