Folder contents scrambled

Please provide a full description of the problem:
When I receive an important email such as a confirmation of an online order placed and want to save it, I 'move' it to a folder which I have titled for that purpose.

When I go back to look at them after about a week or so, some of them are encoded'unreadable or the content and the subject of the emails are all mixed up...the title of a clothing order confirmation email has been put unto a book order email.

What is happening with this new Incredimail 2? I hate it and am about to change over after all these years..paying emoticon-0101-sadsmile customer though I be.

Downloaded twice...issue still remains unresolved and still scrambles after 2 weeks in the folders!

To solve this issue, simply remove your email account from your IncrediMail and reconfigure it so it can reindex your messages the next time you perform a Send/Receive operation.

Please note that the complete process may take up to 24 hours.
