Thank you

but i dont think that will help me.The email is fake i belive, but sender has used Incredimails name and email address.
In properties i do see atleast 2 links to different websites(and theres an option to unprescribe which leads to an http://www.url i dont know and dont trust)
and returnpath isnt to Incrediamail but to @activetrail.com.

So someone has pretended to send an email from Incredimail as : IncrediMail Customer Support Survey
from this email address incredimail@incredimail.com.

I want to report to Incredimail that someone is using their name/address to spam /spoof others

I dont wanna post the properties here with all the links and so on.I can provide the email if needed

Hello Kathja,

The email you received is indeed sent by IncrediMail.

This email sent by our Customer Support department as our monthly survey checking our customer service representatives.

We are using a company called ActiveTrail to send large volume of emails to our customers.

This is not a fraud neither spam email.

You can fill in the survey if you wish - this will help us to improve our customer services.

And again, thank you for your attention on this matter.

Really??? Then thank you for the answer. I really dislike it when the return path do not match the sender nor have an weburl i recognize,i mark this as "potential dangerous" for my computer. I'm type overprotective at times emoticon-0122-itwasntme
