Simply delete the files you can delete from the Temp folder and follow the rest of the instructions.

Regarding the second issue - I apologize, however I did not understand what exactly occurred, please elaborate.

please see my attachment, there are 2 users...sometimes,efendi liu name might gone and became default...consequently,efendi liu couldn't receive email and i should add new account name

Do you only have one email account configure? It seems like the 'default' account does not have an email account configured for it.

yes,i only have one Efendi Liu...i dont configure default,the screenshot just an example of my case..sometimes,it may appear but my account Efendi Liu gone

In that case, you can delete the default account. You should only have accounts you are using configured in IncrediMail.

does incredimail has function do delete email automatically in one day??

for example today is 30 August 2014...the previous email ( 29 augus 2014, 28.........) will automatically delete by icredimail.

hi...i have one problem

for example my account name A and i send email to B and C,
account B receive my email but account C doesn't receive my email...is it because of incredimail or server??

i have checked that user C didn't delete the email than user A sent

Does it occur only with specific addresses or each time you send mail to more than one address?

Do you put both the 'B' and 'C' addresses in the 'To' field?
