i have ever tried by removed the account and added again....but i got no result,
but i think that if we don't open incredimail in a week the error will appear....

right now, i don't checklist launch incredimail at startup, because i'm afraid if the clients have entering windows and the server POP3 doesn't turn on the same error will appear :D

spirit incredimail,we are looking for this solution

will incredimail error?if we don't open it in a month?

Well half of my problem with Incredimail was fixed amazingly. I now receive my e mail and some of my mail can be sent out but I'm still having mail that I send out, like to Barnes and Noble in reply that is coming back with the 550 5 .7.1 telling me that it is spam which is utter nonsense. Here I was ready to give Incredimail another try but if I can't write Barnes and Noble back when they write me how am I supposed to talk to them here. And who is deciding that my mail is spam for me? Only happens on Incredimail mind you. And now it is being selective again as it will allow me to reply to some mail and not to others so apparently it believes that it knows better than I do what is spam. Now if I wanted a spam blocker I'd have to pay for it but it is doing it all on its own for free.

dear,

i had tried that way..uninstalled the previous incredimail and installed http://www.incredimail.com/English/down ... rsion=test , but the error still appears,
the best way to solve it by deleting account name on pop3

my incredimail for internal only ( we can't send the email outside except they add yahoo or google in incredimail)....

how can i do this? connect to your account via browser using the same username and password

Can you configure your account in another mail client, like Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail?

i'm still waiting the error , the error doesnt appeared yet, can you give me solution if there is no error when i use microsoft outlook ??
