dear,

i can't send email using both mozilla thunderbird and microsoft outlook, the cause of error is password, i had typed true password.

mozilla thunderbird : can't configure because wrong password

microsoft outlook : it can't send mail, but can receipt email from me

You have attempted to configure your email account details both in IncrediMail and in Outlook. In both cases your email account could not be correctly configured, which means that the email account configuration details you provided us are probably incorrect.

Please contact your email account provider and ask them for the following details:
What are your POP3 and SMTP mail server addresses?
Do you have port numbers for your POP3 and SMTP mail servers?
Do you need to authenticate when sending mail?
Do you need to use SSL?
Also, please verify with them that the username and password that you are using are correct. Once you have all the above details, reconfigure your email account and let me know if the problem continues.

this in my configure from POP3 and incredimail

please healp me

i try another methods,it's really strange problem. The incredimail can receive mails but it can't send mails

If you encounter the same problem with all mail clients, it means that there is either a problem with your email account, or the settings you use in order to configure it. Please contact your account provider for further assistance with this issue. If they can assist you with configuring your account in Outlook Express - the same settings should work in IncrediMail as well.

it means that i should ask microsoft about this problem? why the email can receive but can't send in microsoft outlook configure, if the setting that microsoft tell work. so, the same configure may work in incredimail

Please note that by 'account provider' I refer to the company which provides your email account (cmc.com in this case). You should contact Microsoft if you are encountering a problem with a Hotmail or MSN account.

may incredimail provides a method that we send email from clients to clients, it means we don't use server again. in this case ( my server name is cmcmail, cmc.com ), i really can't solve this problem

I apologize, however I did not understand your intention. Have you tried contacting your account provider regarding the problems you encounter with your account?
