i created server by myself in this case cmc.com ( for internal use only ). so, the problem doesn't relate to microsoft.

dear,

does incredimail support if we use advance search by groups?
i have groups such as accounting, direktur, IT, offcice,operational,sales admin,warehouse
maybe we can add the condition from customize columns

incredimail is not a free software, am i right??

may i request incredimail coding?? which softwares to create incredimail ?vb , java ?

IncrediMail is a free software. It is not an open source program. I have forwarded your request to our developers and we will consider adding it to the program in the future.

can we backup incredimail data folder???
we want to backup from blue,green,orange,red, and purple folder....can we backup those folders without backup inbox, sent items,deleted items?

There isn't an option of only backing up certain folders at the moment, we will consider adding such an optioni n the future.

Hello~ I have an on-going problem ever so often. I am unable to send messages. I keep getting this message: Socket Error: 10038 , Port: 465, Protocol: SMTP.An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. Can you help? Thanks

If you are using any kind of firewall or personal proxy, please disable it and try to finish the registration process or the send/receive action.

If the problem persists, you will have to configure your Firewall to allow IncrediMail access to the Internet.

Go to the firewall settings, find the list of all the programs the firewall has detected and allow the following applications full access to the Internet:

• IncMail.exe
• IMApp.exe
• ImNotfy.exe
• ImpCnt.exe

This action should allow you to work with IncrediMail and your firewall at the same time.
