To further assist us in solving the issue you are experiencing, please do the following:

**1.** Click the Windows 'Start' menu. In the 'Start Search' enter:

**2.** Please delete all the contents of this folder.

**3.** Now, open your Internet Explorer, click on 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options'.

**4.** Click the 'General' tab, find 'Browsing history', click on 'Delete...' and then chose 'Delete all...'.

Once you've completed these steps, please update your IncrediMail by clicking the following link:

http://www.incredimail.com/english/download.aspx?product=fullsetup

Please let me know if the problem persists.

start search like the picture which i attach?
currently, i am using the newest version.

The search image you sent is not what I meant. When you click the 'Start' icon, you should see a search field, in it type 'msconfig' and then follow the rest of the instructions.

the files that i intend to delete are being used.Consequently,they couldn't be deleted

i also got error where the email accounts from users could disappear by itself, i really didn't know why...sometimes on account the account name became DEFAULT, i have restarted the incredimail and double click on the icon,but it couldn't resolve the problem
