Slow response

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 7
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?
updated to the newest version of incredimail

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
no message

Please provide a full description of the problem:
The incredimail functions take 10 seconds or more to respond
At times it just freezes up and never responds

I have all my updates, Norton and Cyber Defender updates and clean outs done so am at a loss as to why just the Incredimail site is not working at top speed as everything else is

It's possible that downloading the IncrediMail full setup file will solve the problem you encountered.

Also, the problem you are experiencing can usually be solved by deleting your IncrediMail 'Runtime' folder. This folder saves all the recent content that you have used, allowing IncrediMail to reuse the content you have already used, without reloading it to your computer's memory, losing time and computer resources.

If you delete this folder, it will be automatically recreated and the IncrediMail content will begin to be saved again.

To delete your 'Runtime' folder, please click here.

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Open IncrediMail and let me know the results.

Hi, I tried your info but i cannot open incredimail at all. I have unistalled and reinstalled and it wont open at all. Any ideas please?
