pictures will not load on my email

when i receive an email from lets say walmart about a upcoming sale nothing shows up just a square with a x in it, this just started 2 weeks ago i tried to reinstall incredimail but still not loading pictures, and this happens to all my mail with pictures

It's possible that you are unable to view images in your email because the 'Block external images' feature is enabled.

To disable the 'Block External Images' feature, please do the following:

In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options'. At this point, the 'Options' dialog opens. Select the 'Security' tab and click 'External Image Settings...'.

Un-mark the 'Block external images' checkbox.
