It's possible that you are unable to view images in your email because the 'Block external images' feature is enabled.
To disable the 'Block External Images' feature, please do the following:
In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options'. At this point, the 'Options' dialog opens. Select the 'Security' tab and click 'External Image Settings...'.
Un-mark the 'Block external images' checkbox.
