GET MAIL dropdown OK but send/receive does nothing

Postby tsylana » Sat Feb 12, 2011 6:18 pm

Your IncrediMail Version: 2.0 BuildID: 6264878 Setup ID:7 Pn: 113129752
Your Internet Browser Type: Opera
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing and just reinstalled Inc.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
No errors

Please provide a full description of the problem:
When first started Inc used to automatically go to my email provider, but not anymore. So go to GET MAIL button when lists the activities on pull-down but nothing functions. Also F5 inoperative.

An Update: Have ordered and activated Incredimail Plus. Still most functions on the GET MAIL pull down fail EXCEPT "Advanced Account Access" which works fine, CONNECTING to my provider and getting my mail. Although Ctrl-M does not work.

You may have noticed that it is the function of "KEYS" that is not working. There are NO error messages, just NO RESPONSE when I select menus from the GET MAIL pulldown. The only one to work is the "Advanced Account Access" and I needed to purchase Incredimail Plus to get that working. Even so Ctrl M still does not function.
