How to Transfer folders from Incredimail to an external drive my book

Postby jfdw1 » Tue Mar 01, 2016 10:48 pm

Hello
I hope I am posting in the right location. I have sorted some of my e-mails into folders. Is there a way to transfer the entire folder and contents to an external hard drive. I have one called my book. I have IncreiMail 2.5 installed. Any help would be appreciated
Thank you

I see you have the exact same question as I do and I also noticed that there have been no responses. I have followed all the instructions from Incredimail and there are no EXPORT choices in my version - only IMPORT. Please post if you hear anything from IM. I'll do the same. I need to get these Folders to my other drive for a formatting and this delay is causing major problems.

Come on, Moderators! Some of these people have been waiting for 2 months for answers. Is this the way you treat your paying subscribers? <No>

To save the IncrediMail messages externally, simply click on File > Save As in the top menu of IncrediMail, and save the message as an "eml" file. You can later open these "eml" files using any standard mail client (IncrediMail, Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.).

Currently, it is only possible to save one message at a time, not multiple messages or entire folders.
