As you were previously running IncrediMail 2.5 while you are now apparently running IncrediMail 2.0, those messages sent/received in IncrediMail 2.5 will not be recognized, as they use a newer file format.

Therefore, please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5:
http://www5l.incredimail.com/im/imsetup ... lSetup.exe

When complete, please restart your computer.

Please let me know the results.

Dear,

I think I already had version 2.5 since I installed it on the new pc a few days ago, but I installed the latest version in your link on the new pc and restarted the pc.
Do I have to do something to retrieve the mails on the new pc ?

Thanks in advance for your answer

In this case, when importing the messages, rather than selecting the option "All Folders", please select the option "Select Folders" and then try importing the individual folders into your current installation.

Note: All imported folders will be placed under "On my computer" at the bottom of the left panel.

Please let me know the results.

I first selected the location where the messages are stored (folder Message store) and selected the sent items first.

I still have the same number of sent items imported, i.e. the mails until December 2015.
I still don't have the messages after 12 December 2015.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Are the messages in version 2.5 of Incredimail stored in the map with a number (1, 2, 3) ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

If the recent messages are still not imported into the new computer, I can only suggest that you forward the important messages to your email address, and they will then arrive in the Inbox on your new computer.

Unfortunately, there is no way to "forcibly" import the messages into IncrediMail. The import either succeeds or fails.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
