Working with IMM Files

Is there any way to integrate an .imm file into IncrediMail on another computer? I'm using Win 7 and IncrediMail 2.0

Also how can I view an .imm file, outside of IncrediMail?

Currently, it is not possible to read the individual .imm files.

However, to import the previous folders from the source location, please do the following:

1. Exit the IncrediMail application by right-clicking on the icon in your Windows taskbar and selecting "Exit".

2. In Windows/File Explorer, browse to the "Message Store" folder containing the .imm files.

3. Copy that "Message Store" folder to your Desktop.

4. Open IncrediMail, click on File > Import and Export > Import Messages.

5. In the pop-up window, select "IncrediMail" and click on Next.

6. Click "Select Folder" and browse to the "Message Store" folder located on your Desktop. Click on Next.

7. Select the option "Select Folders" and select the particular folders in the list. Click on Next.

8. When complete, click on Finish.

Since moving a single .imm file wasn't an option, moving the message store per your instructions worked for me! Thanks much for your help. <Smile>
