What have you done before the problem occurred?

Just wondering if there is a way to undelete mails once they have been deleted?

If you have not deleted the messages from the 'Deleted Items' folder, then you should be able to return them to the Inbox.

If you have deleted them completely from IncrediMail, they will not be able to be restored.

Please let me know if this helps!

Note: IncrediMail is an email client and not an email account provider. We cannot access or restore deleted email messages in any way.
