IncrediMail highly recommends
NOT downgrading to IncrediMail Xe. Please understand that we work hard to improve our products as much as possible, and try to provide the best possible support to correct issues that users face. Since we are continually improving our product, upgrading to the latest version is always recommended, and similar to other software, we do not provide support for downgraded versions.
Before performing the requested downgrade, please take some time to consider the consequences:
Any email messages you received after installing
IncrediMail 2 will be unreadable, as
IncrediMail Xe uses a different file format, and will not be able to recognize them.
Downgrading can also damage your older email messages, as well as causing damage to your personal data.
As downgrading is not advised, IncrediMail will not be held responsible for damage or data loss resulting from this action. The downgrade will be kept on record, and will result in loss of any support connected to downgrade issues.
If you still wish to return to IncrediMail Xe, you must first uninstall IncrediMail 2 by clicking the Windows
'Start' menu, selecting
'Programs', scrolling to
'IncrediMail' and clicking
'Uninstall IncrediMail'.
After the uninstall completes,
click here to download IncrediMail Xe, and install the program.
