forgot password

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I changed my password.

Please note the posted topic will only help if you are trying to remove a lost IncrediMail Identity password.

If you changed your password for your Email Address, simply click the 'Tools' menu, and then 'Email Accounts'.

Choose your Email Account, and then click 'Properties'.

Under the 'Servers' tab, you can update your password.
