Incredimail 2. SENT file has no BCC

Postby BubbaMac » Thu Dec 03, 2009 12:29 am

The SENT file messages have no BCC addresses - how can we see who the message was sent to? :(

To enable the 'Bcc' feature in IncrediMail 2, simply do the following:

1) In the main window of IncrediMail, click on the 'Write' icon to open a 'New Message' window.

2) Click on the 'View' menu and select the 'CC/Bcc Fields’ option.

Note: To view the menu, click on the arrow next to the ‘Menu’ option at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

:( Great - that lets you use the BCC for the message you are writing. After you send that message, and you keep a copy in the SENT ITEMS file, how can you view the BCC in that copy of the sent message?

You can see it using the IncrediMail Preview pane feature - Please select the message in the 'Sent Items' folder and you will be able to view the BCC addresses in the preview pane.

Yes. :) the preview pane shows the BCC addresses. It's not an obvious way of looking at a Sent Item, and it's sneaky to hide it. I believe the intuitive software is always the better, and I'm certain that many will be looking for Incredimail to regain some of the good things that have been lost for the sake of having something 'new'. Thanks for your support.
