runtime error

using incredimail 2.5, build ID 6605328 Setup ID 2 Pn 163366589 with windows 10 home,
have recently started getting a runtime error message: program: C:\Program Files (x86)\incredimail\Bin\Imi,pp.exe

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly
have run update but still get this message,

I was going to include a screenshot but not sure how
can somebody help and advise me please? all help and advice appreciated,
