Telstra/BigPond Outage

Telstra (Bigpond) experienced an outage of service for customers over the weekend, and users were locked out of their webmail and Email Client accounts (including IncrediMail).

According to their site, they have restored service to the majority of Customers, however any Customer experiencing issues with their account should contact them immediately should contact Customer Support at 133 933.
