Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing out of the ordinary.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
No error messages.

Hi

I am unable to OPEN, READ, PREVIEW, MOVE, DELETE or do anything with any emails in my inbox, that were received PRIOR to 10.36am, 19th December 2011. All emails received after this time are workable !

Incredimail also freezes completely, intermittently.

I have or did not receive any error messages.

Since experiencing this problem I have done the following:

Turned Computer OFF/ON.
Uninstalled & reinstalled Incredimail.
Run a full scan with my McAfee security and also Malwarebytes free malware scan.
Restored my computer to an earlier date, before this error happened.
Have used the Automated chat service, but eventually was recommended to leave a message here for an expert to help.

Please could some-one be so kind to provide me with a solution.

Jon, I am having the same problem. I receive the new emails but once received they don't show up in my email list. I can't delete any old emails, and it seems like everything stopped two days ago. I wish someone would reply and tell us what to do.

Having the same issues here. When I open mail, it "receives" but does not show messages in the INBOX. I have NO idea where it goes. Cannot delete messages currently in the INBOX, Delete button does not work. Tried uninstalling program, then re-installing ... cleaner ... system restore ... ran virus program ... etc, etc. - Just as in the first post above ... can find NO solution. Have not gotten any e-mail in two days. What's up Incredimail? Why can't we get any assistance? I love this program, but you are letting us down. This is NOT making the holidays merry and bright. <Sad Smile> Please help.

I have the same problem and it says I recieve mail but it is no where to be found...it's like nothing works or responds :(

you need to remove your outlook PST
start setting contol panel email

and then inside the incredimail, remove any the old identity,.
tools: identities: manage idenities

then reboot the computer
this clears the Registry

log back in..
then reopen Incredimail and recreate your identity as a new install
this will allow you to see the inbox and start fresh inside incredimail

you do not have to reinstall incredimail.. just remove the old idenities

I did the suggested for SharkByten59 but with new identity there get lost all the post office stored with the previous identity, if I recover the previous identity it turns to the same problem of blockade!! Since it is possible to restore previous identity to recover the e-mails?? Thank you,

In order to solve the issue you encountered, please click here
Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.
Note: Once finished, you must keep IncrediMail open for at least 24 Hours to complete indexing.

Please let me know the results.

Have tried your instructions but it does not work.
