After sending PM as requested by IncrediModerator I received link to build.
I downloaded and installed yesterday. Thought I'd use it for 24 hrs before reporting and I'm glad to say problem is RESOLVED.
No more runtime errors/crashes/multiple messages. All is back to normal
I am using XP SP3 IE8
