No Backup and Xmas ad's still showing on top

Postby valentine » Thu Feb 23, 2012 4:05 pm

Your IncrediMail Version: Just updated to latest 2.0
Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
I get a page saying incredimail did not shut down correctly and that the last email may not display right.
But that is one one of several problems I am having.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I have done nothing to create any of these problems
. I am completely unable to back up my incredimail so that I can dump the current program and re-download it, hoping that will it help with the crashes.

Incredimail also freezes when I go to close it.

It just seems this whole program needs a good going over.

Also, I still have Christmas advertising on the top of my email program. Do these never go away?
Or, how do I get rid of them so that they stay current with holidays etc.

I have been talking to the support team but it seems that the fixs are only temporary.

I have been working with them on is downloading the gold gallery things. (I have the gold membership and also the backup ) purchased both.
It will work for a short time, letting me download a few things, then when I go to the site to download something I get the page saying I have to upgrade.
I have the best of what you have, yet I struggle to keep this program working right,
Please help.

If you are currently working with a Support Team member, please continue doing so as they already have a correspondence open with you and can help you correct this.
