Same messages as everyone else. I need my email to work, or I'll have to uninstall Incredimail, and I'll want a refund. I have the Premium, and if I can't use it, I don't want it. I've been using it for years with no problems, now you send us this funky update notice, we do it, and what do we get? Email that doesn't work and continually crashes. Fix it or lose us. AND, you'll be out a lot of money, refunding everyone for their 'program that doesn't work." <Devil>

I had the same problem... I even tried system restore and nothing worked, so I went to the Microsoft and downloaded the Microsoft C++...and it works fine now

I too suffered the same problems after latest update.
After sending PM (as requested) to IncrediModerator I received link to build. I downloaded and installed yesterday (Friday). Problem solved but thought I'd use it for 24 hrs before reporting and I'm glad to say problem is RESOLVED. <Yes> <Clapping>
No more runtime errors/crashes/multiple messages. All is back to normal
I am using XP Pro SP3 IE8

Download IM setup at [Edited by Moderator]

So far, this has corrected the C++ issues (fingers x'ed). Hopeful. I was on the cusp of cancelling IM completely.

OMG me too.
I have contacted Incredimail many times about this and they have not offered help at all. They sent an email organising a time for me to be online so they can try to fix it. I was online at the time suggested but what was I supposed to do. They didn't contact me or phone me like they said they would. So frustrating!!!!!
<Devil>
So I have been trying to read forums to find help myself seeing Incredimail wont.

I updated my PREMIUM version when an auto update box appeared asking me to download and install the newest latest version Vs 2.
I am a paying member, so originally was using the Incredimail Premium XE (thats what it was called before this new one Vs 2)
I use this for a business and business email and I cannot keep on using it if its going to keep on doing this. I will have to uninstall and use something else and also request a refund too!

I am getting the same runtime error since the update I did on Monday the 5th of March 2012..
My IncrediMail Version Now is: 2.0 (now its 2.0 but prior it was called Premium XE)
Build ID: 6295175
Setup ID: 2 Pn: 103896210
My Internet Browser Types are: Internet Explorer 9 and also Google Chrome
My Operation System is: Windows XP Home Editon (with Service Pack 3)
Error Message: Same error messages as everyone else above: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error! C:\Program Files\IncrediMail\Bin\ImApp.exe.
I installed this new version on the 5th of March 2012.

When installing I NEVER choose the add on options offered at time of install of Make MyStart my default search engine OR Make MyStart my Home Page.
I have dug around my computer a little to try an find a previous build ID but all I seem to be able to find is a Previous File Version number from time of Install (in 2009/2009). The previous file version number was 7.0.0.1579
Hope this helps.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP FIX THIS ASAP OR I WILL HAVE TO REMOVE INCREDIMAIL. Such a shame as its such a fun program to use. <Big Smile>
