Your IncrediMail Version: 6295175
Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I have done nothing other than downloading the upgrade and installed it

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
no error messages just 5 emails of the same email and it takes forever to finish checking new emails. It appears to be hanging.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I would like to know how do I remove the upgrade and return to my previous version.

since upgrading.

I am receiving all my emails 5 times.
I couldn't remember my password for here and asked for a reset password to be emailed to me. I got 5 emails with the same information.
Plus it takes forever for incredimail to finish checking / Authorizing my emails.
If I click stop all that happens is I start getting the emails all over again.

I would like to be able to roll back to my last good working version of incredimail.

I have tried to uploaded a word / pdf document with a screen capture of the problem but it inst allowed.

Or the alternative is to say goodbye to incredimail and move over to outlook express.

I want to know the same thing, I want to go back to the previous version. Do you not test updates before you send them out? This latest version is a nightmare, it crashes continually, mail wont go, mail wont come in, when it does come in, its in multiples. Whatever are you thinking of sending this out for goodness sake!

I would also like to add.

I cant delete the multiple emails as incredimail hangs.

When I double click a email to expand it. my folders on the left expand and then close down and then after about 5 minutes the email opens.

This upgrade is terrible.

I now have approximately 40 emails in my inbox. due to the multiple emails and unable to delete them. I keep being bombard with the same emails.

I should have called this topic INCREDIMAIL SPAM.

And before you ask yes I have exited the program and yes I have uninstalled it.... and yes I have downloaded it again and installed it.

Just encase you ask me those silly question.

You can close this I have sorted it out myself.

By doing a full backup/data wizard.

Uninstalling the latest load of -Not Allowed- and then install a old version of incredimail 2 download version 6 (6295055 setup id 2 Pn 33004890)

Then importing data back into version 6 to return to a full working happy version of incredimail 2 with all data restored..

If anyone wants me to send them version 6 (6295055)

email me and I will be more than happy to send it to you.

By the way disable auto updates like they say you are better of with what you know instead of re inventing the wheel, if your software is working great for you.

well done tech support you have excelled once again with the help.

Hi there from New Zealand
I;ve not been able to even launch incredimail for several days now & there has been little in the way of tech help so far on the thread I started.
I'd already done the reboot, uninstall, reinstall stuff with no joy. I did save my identities folder to an external drive.

How do I do a "full backup/data wizard please and from where?

I have asked where I find the build number but with no answer.

I'm about to give up and return to Outlook but would yur solution help do you think?

Nightmare
