I have upgraded to Build ID 6295188, but it it crashes all the time, with several error messages, as the file attached.
I've uninstalled the program and reinstalled, baut the program crashes. What can I do?

Since you are experiencing this problem, I would like you to try and boot your computer in Safe Mode, which loads Windows with only the necessary drivers, then try using IncrediMail again.

To boot your Windows in Safe Mode, please do the following:

1. Print out these instructions so you can follow them after restarting your computer.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Before Windows starts, press the 'F8' key on your keyboard.

4. Select the 'Safe Mode (with Networking)' option from the 'Mode Select' menu.

After Windows starts up, open IncrediMail and let me know if the problem continues to occur.

Please Note: To restore your computer to its normal state, simply reboot it.
Best regards,

Still experiencing multiple received emails, It is becoming a joke. I certainly won't be recommending Incredimail to my friends any more. No replies and no fix.

To everyone having problem with multiple receiving. Please follow exactly Frenchie's (from Support Client Team) instructions and you will be able to fix the problem.
It isn't easy and it may take more than one attempt (it took me 3), but it works. Upgrade, download 'fix', save it to desktop, run and restart. Good luck.
