Multiple receiving, crashes after updating to 6295175

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Multiple messages, crashes, inability to delete or open emails...

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Runtime error on ImApp.exe, kernel 32, imspool...

Please provide a full description of the problem:
If you have already applied the IncrediMail Fix found here, AND ensured you have successfully updated to IncrediMail Builds 6295180 or 6295181 (click 'Help' and then 'About IncrediMail 2.0'), but still have an issue with IncrediMail, you may post here.

The download link for the new stable release can be found here.

Post your issue in this topic only if your IncrediMail Build ID is at least 6295180.

If you notice another IncrediMail user has already posted the same issue you are experiencing, please do not post to say so, as all issues will be treated and we would like to avoid confusion for other users.

Problem after download. Build ID 6295181 Set up ID 7 (Vista 32)

I sent a photo letter email. Reply is sent via original letter email. When it is in my inbox it displays.
If I then want to preview the rest of my emails, the display stays on the letter email.
Also I cannot reply again from this message

Is this an issue you noticed in the previous build, and are still experiencing after updating?

If not, please open a new post in the Technical Issues Forum, as this post is only for issues that continue after having updated from the previous version.

I got upgraded to 2.5 and after multi reboots, reinstalls and everything possible I can't even open IM it crashes before opening and I can't even access the VIP support because I can't open but when I try to upgrade it tells me a newer version is already installed..everything was working fine and then I was getting operation error when trying to open emails and when I closed it out it sent me auto the the website to DL and that is where I got the 2.5 and now poof nothing...I had it open once and nothing no accounts no prior messages nothing and then it crashed and now nothing.

Please help here

I am having issues with multiple downloads of messages.
I tried to download the IM fix but error message said script could not run.
I have reinstalled twice and shut down twice
Build number is 6395233 Set up id 7 PN 52805888
I am using XP sp3
Do you have another way of downloading the fix ?

I have upgraded to Build ID 6605246 ID7 & it crashes all the time. I didn't have problems with it before the upgrade, can some one please, please help me. I do not get any error messages, it just works when it feels like it. Before I could read an email, & delete it at once, not with this new version. I miss my Incredimail 2 that had NO Bugs in it. 2.5 doesn't like me just won't let me do anything ....

Hello, I am new here and am seeking help for a problem with my email. I keep receiving the same batch of email over and over and I don't know how to stop it. I have only one email addy, have only ever had one, so it's not duplicates from another email acct. Any ideas? Will I have to delete everything and uninstall and then reinstall? Please help!

Please help - Ditto Ditto on multiple erros and crashes and I have done all suggested yet still not fixed!
