I'd like you to download the full setup file for IncrediMail and see if that solves the problem.

i have down loaded the fix for multiple emails I sill have the problem it will not stop will have to go to another email provider as this is just stupid !!

Incredimail crashes everytime I open it.
My browswer: Mozilla Firefox
My Operation System: Windows 7

Which IncrediMail version do you have installed? Which operation system do you have installed?

When did this issue start occurring?

Hi dont know where to ask for help so im starting here.
I have turned my computer on today for the first time in 5 weeks
I had 400 new emails.
After downloading them once incredimail has continued to download the same emails over 40 times that 40 x 400 emails and is still continuing.
I blocked the majority to send them to the deleted folder so I can delete them all at once.
They are continuing to download and I cannot find any help or info anywhere so please help.
I dont know what the problem is as all other internet functions are the same.
Please help its driving me....

Don't bother...they don't care...once they get your money they are done with you. I bought GOLD account for life and can't use it.....nice company....NOT

Jarhead57 - The topic of the Gold Gallery lifetime subscription has been discussed in various posts in the forum. You can still download Gold Gallery content, the only thing that changed is the way the content is downloaded.

We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced due to changes in our Gold Gallery Lifetime service.

Though Gold Gallery content is no longer accessible to Lifetime members via the IncrediMail website all of it can be downloaded in just one click directly to the IncrediMail client.

Click the following links to download ALL Gold content to your computer. Once the download completes simply run the files and the Gold content will be installed in your IncrediMail Style Box:

Once you have downloaded the content from these locations simply run the files. The content will be installed in your IncrediMail Style Box and you can use it for as long as you use IncrediMail.

To use the Gold content in your emails simply open your IncrediMail, click the 'Write' button and select Gold content from the Style Box (if you don't see the Style Box, just click the chevron arrow to the left of the 'To' field).

lindabreusch - if you encounter further IncrediMail related problems, please open a post with a description of the problem you encounter and we will do our best to assist you in resolving them.

The issue you are dealing with may be caused by incorrect account details. I would like you to reconfigure your email using the 'Email Setup Wizard':

**1.** First please refresh your IncrediMail installation by clicking on the following link - http://www.incredimail.com/English/download.aspx?product=fullsetup&version=test

**2.** Click 'Tools' and then select 'Email Accounts...'.

**3.** Chose your account, click 'Remove'. To reconfigure the account, click 'Add'.

**4.** In the Account Wizard window, choose 'Let me configure settings myself', and click 'Next'. **Please Note –** If you do not have another email client installed on your computer, you will not see the 'Let me configure…' option. Continue to Step 5.

**5.** Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click 'Other'.

**6.** Follow the instructions to set up your account.

Let me know the results.

**Note:** Make sure that the password that you have entered is identical to the one your email account provider has given you.
