skin will not change

skin will not change

What have you done before the problem occurred?
dones what i used to do and exit incredimail but skin does not change

I used to b able to change my skin each time i re open incredimail.

Recently it will not change the skin. I have random skin on to change it but for some reason now it will not change the skin next time i open incredimail. I exit as i have always done using the exit button.

Also i have jsut downloaded more skins but for some reason they are going direct to my download folder and even though i have asked it to close its not.
Are there any glitches that may be causing this?

Please note how the Random Skin feature works:

It actually changes the Skin on a random way each time IncrediMail is completely closed and reopened.
To close IncrediMail completely, right click the tray icon and then select 'Exit'.
