My Gold membership does not stay Gold

Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing, it changes back to basic on it's own over and over again

I continue to have this same problem. <Devil>

I have a gold membership but my Incredimail continues to revert back to the basic program.
I have tried putting in my Gold membership registration code again and it excepts it fine. thanks me for buying the upgrade
and sends me to your home page to download what I want to. But after a few days, Incredimail reverts back to the free version
with advertisements .



I am unable to get VIP support under HELP as it continues to tell me that I have to buy an upgrade to get that.
I can not change skins, tells me I have to buy the upgrade.

Can't download anything from your site as it tells me I have to buy the Gold membership,
I already own it.

Is there not a permanent fix to these problems?

When the program is working correctly it is great, but I continue to have these problems and there must be a permanent fix for them all , right?

Please note the Gold Gallery subscription enables you access to Gold Gallery Content, but does not include Skins, or VIP Support. These features are part of the IncrediMail Plus subscription.
