incomming mails directly in "deleted" folder

incomming mails directly in "deleted" folder

Your IncrediMail Version: IM"-premium
Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?

Please provide a full description of the problem:
everytime I open IM some mail always goes directly in the "deleted mail" folder-not in the income.
I checked it now for 3 days-its doing this without any action from me. <Devil>
Any idea???-did "delete run time folder" already. Thanks!

To check this further, I'd like you to see if you haven't accidentally marked these Messages as Unwanted:

1. Click the 'Tools' menu and then 'Message Rules'.

2. In the Message Rules dialog, check to see there is no rule that directs these Messages into your Deleted Items folder.

3. Now click the 'Blocked Senders' tab.

4. If any of the Senders in the list are trusted, please select them and click the 'Delete' button.

sorry,
just this moment a subcribed YouTube video ended up in deleted folder.
All done-there are no message rules-and I have 5 blocked sender-and these are to be blocked.

Any other idea???
