Thank you - I'll overview the IMData file but I must say that these kind of problems usually solved only by our R&D team and by a remote connection to your computer.

2 issues. When I received your email and tried to transfer it to my saved message files it froze my computer and I had to use the Task Manager to close out Incredimail.
This happens on many occasions. My message folder was a part of my prior Xe account which I transferred to the #2 program after I did a format of my hard drive. That was when my problems started."

I go from one problem to another w/ the new system..

The last 3-5 days,I have not been able to access my IC more than a few minutes.

* First started, I was not able to send messages.
(Note- This started about the same time I downloaded the new picture maker)
* then I couldn't open messages
*then if it did open.. music would play on the stat's.. and that was it. It was frozen...
I had to use task mgr to get o ut of incredimail.
* once I got out rebooted.. hoping it would help...
* I couldn't boot incredimail up. It was in the task bar.. in my programs but would not come up
* this senario went on and on and is still going on.
* have tried reinstalling.. uninstalling re installing over and over.
it comes up and does the same above!

Incredimail is frozen.. if it comes up it come up in one message.. that is it and freezes.. then I play
heck to get it to close.

Help !

Lets see! I live in Florida and the weekend here is Saturday and Sunday! Sundays I and the family do our Church obligations so I guess perhaps Monday or Tuesday? Tuesday would be better for me! I can be home all day!

That was rude of me. Karol go to the Technical Issue and post a "New Topic" with your problem and they will pick it up and you will get your own Moderator and be able to keep track of your issue.

Perhaps you could inform me of the procedure? Do I just come here Tuesday and wait? Will someone inform me of a time? Is there any notification ?
