My message folder was a part of my prior Xe account which I transferred to the #2 program after I did a format of my hard drive.

Is there a way to remove these files and start from scratch with the 2.0 edition. For some reason I feel the Xe files have conflicted with 2.0 install?

If you wish to completely remove IncrediMail - You will have to uninstall it and then to manual remove your data folder.

Note: By deleting the data folder you will lose all your emails, contacts and other IncrediMail settings.

Thank you. I have checked further into the total deletion and find it will be necessary to go to the Registry and delete numerous files. Too much money in this computer to be playing with the Registry which is above and beyond my capabilities.

Somewhere back in this thread a mod said we could set up an appointment for tomorrow with an Engineer who could remotely assist. Think I will patiently await that time. Again, thanks for your response.

Will the incredimail rep contact me by email as to time, etc? Good day!

Update: I have removed all contacts and emails from the program.
For some reason, the original issues have minimized to freezing when I move new mail to a folder. It asks if I want to file a report , which I decline after a couple hundred and then the program just shuts down. I might add when I open the program back up the mail has been deposited in the folder. So, basically the program crashes when I transfer email to a folder!
