I'm having the exact same problem, running windows 8.1 and using Chrome...takes like 30 seconds to open a link and some don't open at all. Please come up with a solution!

Since you are experiencing this problem, I would like you to try and boot your computer in Safe Mode, which loads Windows with only the necessary drivers, then try using IncrediMail again.

To boot your Windows in Safe Mode, please do the following:

1. Print out these instructions so you can follow them after restarting your computer.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Before Windows starts, press the 'F8' key on your keyboard.

4. Select the 'Safe Mode (with Networking)' option from the 'Mode Select' menu.

After Windows starts up, open IncrediMail and let me know if the problem continues to occur.

Please Note: To restore your computer to its normal state, simply reboot it.
Best regards,

Hello,
have the same issue but in my case to start the tool in safe mode does´nt solve the problem.

It makes no different in which mode of Win 8.1 start the tool.
No hyperlink start Google Chrome or even if Chrome is already opened.

Any further hints?

Many thanks,
faxxe

Does the issue persist if you set another browser as default?

Seriously, please fix this problem. Firefox sucks and I won't even bother with IE. I run a business and am always opening links from clients. This is really bad for business.

I also have this problem and its driving me crazy. Obviously they don't care as there hasn't been an update to IM2 in about 3 years from what I can tell. It's ridiculous.
I read somewhere on the web that IM has the worst customer service of any company on the net.

One thing I will say though is that I would never use it for business. It's a fun tool (When It Works properly) but for business I would say to use another plain sort of email.

This forum is no place to get answers and that I have found out the hard way.

Also clicking the box below to get updates when someone responds to a post never works either.

I think IM is on their way down the tubes.
