No signature Dialogue

Your Internet Browser Type: Google Chrome
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I can't see the signature dialogue on the tools menu, so I change my current signature (attached is a picture of the menu from my computer). Any tips on how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Click the Write button and then choose Tools or click the Signature button.
